Terms and Conditions – Same-Day Laser Booking Incentive

• This incentive applies when a laser, hair protocol, or energy-based device treatment is booked on the same business day as the consultation and the treatment is completed within 21 days.

• It applies to initial consultations ($370) and review consultations ($265).

• The consultation fee must be paid in full on the day of the consultation.

• This consultation fee applies only to lasers, energy-based devices, and the Dr Shammi Hair Protocol. It does not apply to injectables, LED treatments, retail products, gift vouchers, or any other services.

• A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking and is subject to our deposit terms and conditions (available on our website).

• Rescheduling and cancellations:

• One reschedule is permitted and must be requested at least two business days in advance by phone (03 9086 8686) or email (concierge@odedermatology.com.au).

• Failure to attend or reschedule within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of both the incentive and the deposit, and the treatment will be charged at full price.

• This incentive cannot be combined with any other offer. If multiple offers apply, the most favourable offer to the patient will be honoured. Offers cannot be merged.

• The clinic reserves the right to withdraw this incentive at any time, while honouring all bookings already made under the offer.
