At ODE Dermatology, we aim to provide reliable and straightforward shipping and returns within Australia.

Shipping

  • Delivery Options: We utilise Australia Post and StarTrack for all deliveries.

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via standard service, with fees applied at checkout.

  • Domestic Only: Currently, we ship only within Australia.

  • Tracking Number: Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number to your nominated email address.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Faulty Products

If you believe an item is faulty:

  1. Contact Us in Writing: Submit all return requests via email to concierge@odedermatology.com.au with a description of the issue and any supporting details.

  2. Return Process: After receiving approval, send the item to us for assessment.

  3. Assessment: Upon receipt, ODE Dermatology reserves the right to evaluate the product before issuing a refund or replacement.

  4. Reimbursement for Return Shipping: We will reimburse return shipping costs upon proof of receipt if the product is confirmed to be faulty.
