Terms & Conditions
1. Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable and acts as a binding agreement to secure your appointment. If you need to cancel, you must do so in writing (via email) or by phone at least 2 business days before the scheduled time to receive a full refund via the initial payment method.
2. Rescheduling: One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 1 business day.
3. Missed Appointments: Failure to attend the appointment without providing a 1 business day notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Deposit Application: The deposit will be deducted from the total cost upon the full completion of the service.
5. Non-Transferable Deposit: The deposit cannot be transferred to other individuals or services.
6. Appointment Confirmation: Payment of the deposit confirms your acceptance of these terms and secures your scheduled appointment.
7. Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you promptly.
8. Forfeiture of the appointment: If the deposit is not made within 24 hours of securing your appointment, the appointment will be automatically cancelled without further notice.
