Terms & Conditions
1. Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable and acts as a binding agreement to secure your appointment. If you need to cancel, you must do so in writing (via email) or by phone at least 48 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund via the initial payment method.
2. Rescheduling: One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
3. Missed Appointments: Failure to attend the appointment without providing 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Deposit Application: The deposit will be deducted from the total cost upon the full completion of the service.
5. Non-Transferable Deposit: The deposit cannot be transferred to other individuals or services.
6. Appointment Confirmation: Payment of the deposit confirms your acceptance of these terms and secures your scheduled appointment.
7. Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you promptly.
8. Forfeiture of the appointment: If the deposit is not made within 24 hours of securing your appointment, the appointment will be automatically cancelled without further notice.
